Kärcher’s pioneering KM 105 ride-on sweeper features an innovative combination of technology and functionality for an intelligent solution to your cleaning needs. The control panel’s ergonomic layout is simple to use, with smartly grouped controls that promote intuitive operation.  The KM 105 delivers excellent cleaning performance and is easy to service, making this ride-on sweeper a great addition to your cleaning operation.  Patented rotating side brush allows cleaning in corners in a single pass, unlike other machines which need 5 to 7 passes.

MAXIMUM MANEUVERABILITY:

The front wheel drive and compact dimensions make this machine extremely maneuverable. The KM 105 can even turn in passageways as small as 78” wide.

PROTECTED SWEEPING SYSTEM:

The roller brush on the KM 105 is located on the rear axle. The sweeping system follows the rear wheels and is protected from damage when negotiating obstacles.

STRONG SIDE BRUSHES:

A third optional left side brush is available to simplify the cleaning of edges and corners, and increase the working width.

ALWAYS RIGHT CONTACT PRESSURE:

The Teach system automatically adjusts the contact pressure of the roller brush to reduce wear without the need for manual adjustment. Operators can choose between three different settings: eco!efficiency, medium or heavy.

INTUITIVE OPERATION:

The control panel and operating elements are clearly arranged and easily accessible in the ergonomically designed cockpit.

DUST-FREE OPERATION:

The KM 105/110 R features a highly effective, fully automatic filter cleaning system called Tact. A compact, nano-coated polyester filter utilizes pulses of pressurized air for deep cleaning during operation, resulting in optimal cleaning, long life and continuous dust-free operation.

CONTAINER LIFT:

The hydraulic container lift can reach a height of 61”. The waste container tilts backwards to protect the operator from dust dispersion.

EVERYTHING ON BOARD:

With the practical Home Base system, items like a broom, litter picker, buckets and cleaning cloths can be secured safely to the machine and carried on board.
